On September 11, the start-up ceremony of the denitrification and renovation project for the 2 x 350MW unit of Xuchang Longgang Power Generation Co., Ltd., which was participated in by the company, was grandly held in the Xuchang Longgang Power Plant.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Fu Hui, the chief engineer of Xuchang Longgang Power Plant. Li Suifu, the general manager of Xuchang Longgang Power Plant, announced the start of the denitrification and renovation project for the 2X350MW unit of Xuchang Longgang Power Generation Co., Ltd.Leaders such as Gao Huimin, Director of Anti-pollution Department of Henan Environmental Protection Department, Secretary of Xuchang Environmental Protection Bureau, Li Lei, Deputy Director of Yuzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, Hu Qingwei, Director of Ansheng Comprehensive Department of Datang Henan Branch, Vice-Manager of Longgang Power Plant, Lv Yongjun and Project Manager of Ningbo Portji attended the meeting.After discussing and giving important instructions, Shenzhen, General Manager of Datang Environmental Protection Branch, attended the opening ceremony on behalf of the company.

This renovation project still uses liquid ammonia method to prepare denitrification reductant. Under the condition of designing coal type, BMCR working condition of boiler and treating 100% flue gas, when the inlet NOx content is 700mg/Nm3 (dry base, 6% oxygen), the total denitrification efficiency is more than 90%, and the outlet NOx content is less than 70 mg/Nm3.In the performance appraisal test of the denitrification unit (the additional layer catalyst is not put into operation), the NOx removal rate is 90%, the outlet is guaranteed to be less than 70mg/Nm3, the ammonia escape rate is less than 2.28mg/Nm3 (dry base, standard state), and the SO2/SO3 conversion rate is less than 1%.After the renovation of the project, the concentration of nitrogen oxide emission will be reduced from 650 mg/Nm3 to less than 100 mg/Nm3, meeting the latest national environmental requirements, and the environmental benefits will be remarkable after denitrification is put into operation.
